Satisfaction Guarantee

 

                This is a policy we are proud to offer you that we guarantee your satisfaction with our professional work. We will glad that you get what you really want and happy with your lashes before you walk out the door.   If, for whatever reason, you don't or have any concerns with the service you receivedplease let us know within 3 days, and we'll be happy to provide a corrective lashing appointment andfix it to your satisfaction.  The corrective lash extension appointments must be completed within one week of the original appointment.The corrective lash lift appointments must be completed within two weeks of the original appointment.

 

 

Reserving Appointment

                  We require a credit card to hold all appointments.  Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and is only used to hold your appointment.  This is a security measure by our booking system. You may use a different card or cash to pay at checkout.

 

 

Changes Appointment Time

                 To change your appointment time, you may either call or text us at 267.882.5599 before your appointment 24 hours and we can adjust it for you.  Please note that because our schedule is by appointment only, we may not be able to accommodate all change requests less than 24 hours.  Changes less than 24 hours of appointment time will incur a late-change fee of 50% of the service price.

 

Cancellations

          Your appointments are very important to our team professionals.  We hold your appointment time just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24 hours notice.  This way, our technicians will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly, and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list 

           However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment with your eyelash technician, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We require at least 24 hours. We understand that sometime last minute emergencies come up.

          Clients who reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours from appointment time will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. Clients who cancel less than 24 hours three times will be required to pay in full for their appointment at the time of booking.  We appreciate your understanding!

 

 

Late Arrivals

                Lateness is factored into your scheduled appointment time. Out of respect and consideration for your eyelash stylist and other customers, please do your best to come 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to sign the form and use the bathroom. If you're running late, please let us know ASAP by calling or texting 267.882.5599. Late arrivals for refill appointments may be serviced for the remainder of their allotted service time, as time and other bookings permit.If you arrive late, we are sorry that we can not be able to extend your appointment time. Clients will be expected to pay the full service fee of the appointment originally scheduled.

                Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a full set for clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late.  Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late for a full set or long fill may have their appointment canceled.  Clients who arrive 30+ minutes late three times will be required to pay in full for their appointment at the time of booking.

 

No Shows

             For no-show clients without notice willbe charged the full amount of service booked to cover the time and opportunity cost for our lash technicians.Clients who no-show three times will be required to pay in full for their appointment at the time of booking.  We appreciate your understanding!

 

Under Age

             Clients under the age of 18 need to have their parent or legal guardian sign the consent form in advance of their appointment (can be right before the appointment begins). Unfortunately, we cannot provide services for clients under age 16. 

 

Allergies

 

                    Skin sensitivities and allergies are extremely rare and your safety are our most concern. We use the high quality products and the most up-to-date techniques and sanitation protocols in the industry. If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment. Please call or text us with this request. We are not liable for reaction due to our products

*Refunds are not given for allergic reactions; however, we will remove the lashes free of charge. Eyelash adhesives contain cyanoacrylates. See our refund policy.

 

Refund Policy

 

               We do not offer refunds on services. We do however,  we guarantee on all of our services “see  Satisfaction Guarantee”. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them free of charge Please see our “Allergies Policy” for more details.

 

 

**Please arrive 10-15minutes before scheduled appointment in case of you are new clients to read and sign the consent form and clean your lashes. Please arrive with eye makeup-free. Any time used to clean off your eye makeup will take away from the actual lashing time and will result in lashes being not as full as you desire.
